I'll say right up front that I use this on my back and joints, along with emu oil, when they act up. I decided to try a gel and I like it a bit better than the liquid. It applies easier and stays where you put it without dripping everywhere. I bought this ohhh about six months ago and I've used three quarters of the product. I reckon I'll be ordering some more. It smells and like all the other DMSO O've used before.

This product really works if you have a sports type injury or a painful condition, but be careful 'cause it's strong as h**l and will wrinkle your skin . Read up on it before you use it. There are a host of books on the product and its usage. Other than that this product works great! Wish I'd found it sooner.

My mom has/had back pain for a while and I purchased this for her after reading the reviews. I also used it to ease the pain of a swollen ankle after my exercise program. My mother and I agree that this works, and the smell is soooooooooooo BAD that we may not use it anymore. She also developed a rash on her back, the same place I put the gel on after only one use of product. The taste of garlic is so strong after using this gel, and I dont even like garlic. I left church (Sunday) after Praise and Worship, because I felt embarrassed and wondered if others could 'smell' me, and I used the gel earlier that Saturday. If I have to guess when to use this gel, I will keep looking for something better. Its funny that on the container: not ideal for human use!! But it works and if you live alone with no human contact it just might be your ideal gel. I also purchased the Australian Dream Cream. That product just did not work for either myself or my mother. The texture and smell of that product was fine, just no relief from pain.

this dmso really works! i'm not really happy with the way it goes on and the fact that it takes so long to dry, but the pain relief is totally worth it.
