Ergonomic, Excellent Coverage Apr 17, 2011
By Aunt Sarah I use this to brush my Standard Poodle. It has smoothed potential problem areas so we didn't get mats. I love the size, we give him a full brush-down a couple times per week, relatively quickly. The bristles dont hurt his sensitive skin. The hair in the brush pulls out easily for cleaning. Great brush.

Finally found it ! Dec 30, 2010
By Judy K. Fredette I have a very large Goldendoodle and I have been trying to find a comb or brush that would deal with his coat. He has long hair and also has the undercoat. This is the first brush that I can honestly say I have been pleased with. I would highly recommend its purchase. The construction seems to be quite durable and its easy to hold and work with. Well worth the money.

Had my doubts, but love it! Jun 22, 2011
By Lacey Hall I have a Belgian Sheepdog (thick long fur with an undercoat) and wasn't getting good results with a pin brush and a mat rake. I debated between trying this brush and one of the self-cleaning brushes like the Safari one. I decided to get this one because I kept seeing that a lot of reviews were from professional groomers that were swearing by them. I figured if I hated it, I would just send it back and get the other one. This brush is AMAZING and I'll be keeping it! While I haven't used the self-cleaning brushes, this one doesn't need some gimmicky moving parts to make it easy to clean (and easy to break). The bristles are angled and sort of shaped so that you can just roll the fur out of the brush from the top. It comes right out in one fur ball. I've never been able to really brush my dog's fluffy tail and this went through it like nothing else. Very happy with this brush!

By PWDlover We own a Portuguese Water Dog with loose curly fur. This is the ONLY brush we have ever bought that will get through his coat. It has made all the difference between tangled matty fur and a fluffy happy pooch.

I have a goldendoodle pup and this works great on her coat. I had purchased a different one that didn't work well... so happy I got this instead. 5 stars
