Summer cut for my standard poodle. Aug 08, 2010
By John D. Lemmon

This blade did a great job for a summer cut for my standard poodle. It got his body down very short for summer activities, like swimming, without him looking "buzzed." I got lots of compliments on his look (very sporty) and he is easy to clean up after swimming or hiking.
His coat was very even and neat. The blade is wide so it moves over the body quickly. Too wide for feet but I always scissor and use a narrower blade for tight areas.

Love this blade Jun 18, 2011

I have used this blade about 20 times and it's still very sharp and gives a nice cut. I own a double coated northern breed and since we live and travel in the southwest taking her coat down in summer is essential. Whenever this wears out, I'll replace with the exact blade.

Excellent for groomers, not made for amateurs Dec 16, 2010
By Missy These skip tooth blades are awesome, but if you aren't a groomer or don't know much about grooming, look for finish cut blades. These can be dangerous when used in the wrong areas on the body. Otherwise, these blades whiz through thick and matted hair! Amazing :)

animal clipper blade Jan 19, 2012
By Sluggermike I have two dogs that I groom. The clipper blade is a little expensive, but when you consider the cost of having your dogs groomed by a professional, it is worth the money. I've used the blade of at least a year, and it is still sharp.
