Big dog blade Feb 09, 2011

We use this on our Bouvier and he has a thick undercoat as well as a top coat, this blade does well on him, but has to be sharpened after the first cutting, he is very large!!!!

The wider head on this blade makes grooming a lot faster. I groomed my Golden Doodles body with this blade. He has a thick undercoat that tends to mat and a curly over coat. His hair dulls blades and is nearly impossible to comb. This blade cut right through his hair, didn't get hot and didn't get dull. I was able to trim my standard poodle with the same blade right after.
