Summertime brings with it hot spots for my little girl. The vet explained that she has dry skin which was made worse by a treatment I use to use on other breeds in the past. The Miracle Mist stopped her from scratching immediately and her red bare spots lost their redness. Within a week her hair started to grow back. It's late summer and she looks as good as she did last winter. She is very allergic but this did not cause a reaction. I tried it on just a small spot at first as anyone or dog can be allergic. The tea tree oil also smells fresh. This is my solution. I am glas to have found it.

I waited several months to write this review. I have used this Miracle Coat Miracle Mist Skin Treatment now since March '07, it's now mid July '07 and I can say that without a doubt this is terrific stuff. We have a rescue that is 1/2 Papillon & 1/2 Pomeranian, weighs about 22 lbs. (weighed 13 when we got him) and has beautiful but long hair that needs grooming, etc., on a regular basis. I do it all myself & receive MANY compliments almost every time we go for a walk. No one believes he is a rescue (there are MANY MANY GREAT DOGS TO BE HAD AT SHELTERS!!) but one of the reasons he looks so good is his coat is so beautiful. This Miracle Mist is perfect for hot summer weather to keep bugs, fleas, ticks, mosquitos, away and also immediately stops any discomfort the little guy is having from itching due to the weather, allergies, whatever. I highly, highly recommend this spray. I am back right now to buy more so I never run out and will also now try their shampoo & conditioners.....

I have two dogs with allergies. They itch and scratch in different areas quite often. I spray this mist freely on the affected areas, then rub it into the skin as well as I can. This spray readily relives the itching and scratching. I highly recommend this product for your dogs itching discomfort. I have used it for about 5 years and I don't allow myself to run out. One bottle will last quite a while as it sprays a very fine mist.

Good product for soothing pet skin problems. While it will not cure the situation, it does provide soothing temporary relief. It is a good in between treatment to help your pet get through uncomfortable allergies, infections etc.
